CSS Layer Styles

Felix Niklas has created a web app replicating a few of the layer styles we’re familiar with in Photoshop with the addition of border radius but it outputs actual CSS code. It makes you wonder why graphic editor app developers haven’t created something similar. Also, for a long while I’ve hoped Adobe would add border radius as a layer style in the exact same way. How hard can it be?
