Theme Licensing & Usage

WordPress Themes released and sold by Inspect Element are released under the GNU general public license. Upon purchase, there is no restriction on the number of websites which the themes can be used for.

Refund Policy

As Inspect Element provides non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods, no refunds can be issued once purchase has been made so please check that the theme meets your requirements prior to purchase. It is impossible to test themes under every single possible situation (e.g. server configurations), so we can’t offer refunds for any unforeseen technical issues. Support will be offered for theme specific issues within our control.

Warranty

All Inspect Element themes are guaranteed to run on the latest version of WordPress available at the time of the theme’s release. All themes are guaranteed to work in IE8+ (there may be compatability issues with IE7) and the latest versions of Chrome, Safari and FireFox.

Please note, any modifications to the design and/or functionality of the themes is not covered by any support offered.
